These Terms govern your use of Shortify (the "App") and associated services (the "Service"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing Shortify, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service, delete your account, and cancel any subscriptions.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
Provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access to support@shortifytv.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.
A limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Shortify for non-commercial purposes. All content is owned by Shortify or its licensors.
iOS 16.1+ or Android 9.0+. Features may vary by region.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. They auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Manage subscriptions in your device's account settings.
We may offer free trials that convert to paid subscriptions if not canceled. Pricing may change with notice.
Coins or credits in the app have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred. Unused currency may be forfeited if your account is terminated or inactive for 12+ months.

EU/UK residents: 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. Contact us to exercise this right.
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide license to use it within the Service. Don't submit unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content at our discretion.
The app may link to third-party services. We don't control or endorse them. Review their terms before interacting. Report issues to support@shortifytv.com.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Content warning: The app may contain romantic storylines and suggestive themes not suitable for all audiences.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or any Terms violation.
Try to resolve informally first by contacting support@shortifytv.com (30-day period).
If unresolved, disputes go to binding arbitration (individual basis only, no class actions). Small claims court is also an option.
These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction.
EEA/UK residents: Your local consumer rights are preserved. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Claims must be filed within 1 year.
These Terms are the entire agreement. Unenforceable provisions don't affect the rest. We may transfer our rights without your consent.
If using the App on Apple devices: these Terms are between you and Shortify (not Apple). Apple has no support obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries.
If using through Google Play: Google is not responsible for the Service. Use is subject to Google Play Terms.
